Hi Marty - glad you could make it. Have you considered starting a training journal of your own?

Hum, right now I'm feeling the 1rst signs of over training, but I only have 7 days left of training to do so it's all doable, I'm tired and and a bit cranky but still positive. I'm pretty sure I'm below 9% now, as I'm getting very dry.

Let's just say that I'm working hard on my promise to meet you at the Nationals

No, Josie... you do NOT look like a man... if you did, Chris would switch sides... And so would I, for that matter.

*lol* thanks! I'll start my diet 20 weeks out, in February. But I had to postpone the Nationals - my trainers thinks I'm still too small...so I'll do the Provincials again.

You should get a discount on your co-pay since you were educating your doctor.

I need a sleep journal this week. Had to take Aran to the Hospital twice in the middle of the night with asthma attacks, yesterday i spent all day in a course on Defibrillators and CPR. I'm one tired puppy.

I'll consider it once I catch up to life, but I feel so geriatric after looking at you guys..LOL

*lol* up here in Canada we don't have co-pay, it's all just part of the 32% tax hit in every paycheque :/

Hi Chris, glad to see you are still training like a demon! I've been away from cyberspace for a while after bailing out on the other site, great to see you taking up residence here. Also pleased to see the familiar names posting here, and the lack of wingnuts, lol.

Hi Joel,

Since August I've been using a very high volume, high weight plan devised by my trainer. In a nutshell, it breaks down like this:

Monday - Shoulders & Hamstrings
Tuesday - Quads & Calves
Wednesday - Triceps & Biceps
Thursday - Back
Friday - Chest
Sat & Sun = rest days

It's turned out to be a good split with sufficient rest between shoulders & chest to allow the shoulder tendons recovery time.
