Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | Hey guys, Thanks again for coming by to listen to me whine but enough of that!Rad, I am going to grocery store tomorrow to get that chicken broth...stockin' up, brother ![]() dbflgrl, I just popped a couple of tabs of Vit C and will continue to do so until I am fully recovered. Good news, my shoulder injury is about 90% recovered. I have almost full range of motion back. I have the occasional twinge still, but I will be getting back to my workouts as soon as I am over this flu thing. I am dying to get back into action. The other day, this man, who is a regular at my gym, asked me if I was still into "bodybuilding" (I am sort of known as the muscle chick at my gym..hehehe) anyways, I told him about my injury and how I am taking a bit of time off from lifting. Knowing that the regulars see me as "the bodybuilding type" made me just want to pick up the first pair of dumbbells I saw and just give 'er ![]() Well, I gotta finish up my coffee, cruise your journals, then get some cardio done. I have to get to physio and pray they can fix my shoulder. Isn't it funny JJ...back at SG we were just about the only girls into heavy lifting. Glad you're still ruling the place and showing em' how it's done!! ![]() I'm still missing our 'coffee times' together. Those were them good ol' days. Summer was awesome back in Van. I'm sorry to hear you have a chronic, ongoing condition. Get that looked after, doll.I miss our "coffee talk" too. Nowadays, I just have my coffee in the breakroom with the lifeguards...not nearly as exciting, although I do hear some juicy gossip from time to time. hahaha P.S. I will give Hugo some kisses from Steve! Spawny, Thanks for letting me vent. You guys are the best! So, I gotta get my shizz together now that my injury is fully healed. I have been doing light bandwork on the upper body and body weight exercises on the lower body...squats and lunges. On the last leg workout I did, I got some wicked DOMS in my glutes. I am going to do some legs and thrash my glutes today too. Then, off to study, I have another midterm exam coming up again. BTW, if you guys want to see the lastest training techniques I came across on the net, check this out: Fitness Anywhere: The New Revolution in Bodyweight Training TRX training, baby, Its where its at! I will doing this stuff this summer, after I purchase the pack. |

Got another grade back...so far been getting high B's and A's . No time to exercise recently, been cramming. Won't have another exam for a month, so I will try to get back to lifting and boxing ASAP, since I am not sick or injured anymore. Will update again tomorrow. Good night. Sorry so brief. |

I know I'd lose weight instantly with the $200 package fee... Gooney-Goo-Goo!! Wassup my videogame advysor... I'm not gonna tell everyone that your shoulder was hurting due to Wii Sports.. ...
