Being an old fart, I 've always stuck to the Master's class, but Sandra Wickham said I could have taken the lightweight if I'd entered it last November....so depending on my conditioning, I may do the Masters and either Light or Middle (depending upon my final weight). Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | Hey y'all, Apparently teaching a whole lotta extra classes in the last 7 days didn't hurt. I lost 2 lbs this week! I weighed in at another all new low, even since tuesday!!!! So, I trudge onward and downward LOL Kimsquit, great photos! I am not going to compete in SWFC. I would not have enough time to gain enough size in my legs for proper symmetry, then cut again before November...too little time left for a bulk and a cut with my BF% being what it is. I would have to start earlier and not sustain any overuse injuries from teaching group fitness. Pammy, you should try yoga, its so relaxing and yet invigorating at the same time. Not to mention, it increases the length of your muscles, giving you a longer, fuller look because the muscle forms closer to the insertion point on the bone. Gotta have those football shaped biceps, babe! D, my gurl...thanks for all your support. I miss you too. I'm so bored without you at work now...no one to gossip and sip lattes with anymore I hope you have found complete happiness being with your hunny!! Keep working hard in the IMPC. Have you been to a gym yet since you've been in Ed?Oh you guys, I made the most delicious omelette today... 5 medium egg whites 1 kraft cheese slice 3.5 oz. of imitation crab (made from polluck) I chopped the cheese and seafood up into little chunks, add it to the egg whites and Viola!! A little taste of heaven MMMMmmmmm... On the agenda for today, bi/tris and cardio. I'm off work tomorrow. If its sunny out, Im going for a hella long run with the pooch. ![]() |

Fasted cardio in AM, had brekkie, taught a 1 hr. yoga class, the hit the weightroom for an hour doing lats supersetted with abs. I kicked my abs' ass!!!(is that possible???) maybe I should say I SHREDDED my abs really well... It felt great! I am stoked for this week. On monday, I start bellydancing lessons!! In the words of GDG...Ima shake my thang! I can't wait, I was told by the instructor its a great core strengthing workout.I didn't buy a bikini either..I'll wait one week before I leave for vacation to buy a new one...instead I bought some black faux velour hot pants and pair of board shorts. I know, not as exciting as a bikini, but I will pose in my new bikini for my next IMPC pics. | |

I'm okay...sorry I have been AWOL. FIFA has been occupying my every waking minute. When I am not working or eating, I am doing cardio and watching the games on TV. Its been crazy. I haven't lifted since Sunday (something I am going to remedy tomorrow)! I am happy to say I have not broken anything Bellydancing was fantastic! We started with a 1/2 hr. of yogalates and then learned the basic moves. After that, we did some work with veils, swinging them around the body. Dang! My arms were burning! I can't even imagine how the ladies who do not work out felt. We did some choreograped movement in the last part of the class. I worked up quite a sweat!Spawny, actually I could make a video with my digicam and post it up when I git real good at shakin my thang! Remind in a month from now! Rad, how's it going brother? I'll be headed to your journal to say "hello!" in a bit. Pammie, I just read your journal. Your hubby is one lucky man...gettin lotsa "Pammio". You sure have been patient and understanding.
