I can relate to the cold! Its cold and rainy here!
It sucks!! But, I guess you have to live with it.

Thanks for visiting my journal and for your encouragement. I am trying to get back on track and stay there.
Bad thing is, these stupid pill the doc gave me makes me feel somewhat drugged out! I should pass, and I will just keep pushing to get my workouts in and keep it going.

I've got the Blahs.....its been below normal temps for 7 days in a row now.....where did the sun go? it hasnt been around ...the kids are whinier than normal ( and they have the next 2 days off school which means I lose my "me" time) *sigh* I know, I know its life..suck it up and get on with it which i do...but i gotta whine first I heard on song on the weight loss reality show last night...dont know the name but I think it said.."what did you do today to make yourself proud?" or something to that affect. That is my new motto..I am going to do something everyday to make me proud. LOL see how fast my moods change hehehe
Today was cardio..I did 15 minutes on the stair stepper..and am going to through DJ's bike in the truck, drive it to school..then come home and ride up to meet him and we can ride home. This is something he has been wanting to do since school started and that will be cardio right? Now i have to go into the place that dad24 calls a garage ( its really the land of the lost stuff) and find the pump to air up the tires

Sometimes we have to make our own sun!

I know how you feel I hate dreary cold days and that is pretty much what I have to look forward to till winter comes and goes here. Ohio's weather sucks!! But, I just try to keep the windows open the lights on and make my own darn sunshine so it doesn't get me down.

The dreary days definitely makes it hard to keep on track that is for sure.
And hey, raising for boys and dealing with them daily should always make you proud, I give you credit for doing it, that's for sure. Raising 4 boys has to be a challenge in its self! :bigthumbu

boys are home for fall break, so not alot going on workout wise but,yesterday we went to the dollar store so the boys could spend their dollars then to O'charleys for lunch..and a friend took them while i went to the grocery store ALL BY MYSELF..off to pick them up and home for dinner....relaxed with an Appletini..never had one before...it was yummy but just one Never did do my workout

..today is supposed to be leg day part B.....I am goin to go start on cleaning and hopefully rearraging my workout/craft/junk/dad24 needs a spot for his easel room. WE need a bigger house. then i will do leggies if i have the energy..today i GET to take the boys to pizza hut so they can ejoy the pizzas they earned for Book it...nothing for me...I used to be the assistant manager there....a wise word..never eat the salad bar at pizza hut. it is put out at 10:00 am or earlier and very little done to it except add as needed..at least here. then it is wrapped up and put in the walk in fridge til the next day..most things stay out 3-5 days YUCK. LOL

Boy, I feel for you!! The girls are out of school today too.

They are already driving me nuts!! Oh Well, been there, done that so I will just block them out which I usually do with the get to me!

its monday..yeah..kiddos are back in school...it was a long 4 days..its warming up a bit this week..supposed to be in the high 60's and sunny for the next 5 days, so that leaves me nothing to complain about HAHAHAHAHA!
I have switched my workouts around (yes again) I found that sinve it got cold and I was driving and not walking it was easy to say , Oh i wil do it later...well later rarely came. so I am doing cardio first thing inthe am and weights after I pick up DJ at 10:30..we shall see how it goes.
Today I did 45 min of cardio ( 3 mile WATP)
this afternoon will be legs (A)

tonight of course is Trick our treating here...boys have been ready for weeks...the 7 yr old FINALLY decided to be a ninja. and DJ the 5 yr old is a spider

I AM ALIVE....i have had this evil, bad, icky ( not enough adjectives

) flu thing living with me for over a week now...am just starting to feel human again. Back at it with a vengaence on monday..it seems i get 2 steps ahead and get knocked on my ass, I am tired of that.
