You're not eating enough.. Its the fyrst meal of the day.. get some complex carbs in there... Oatmeal, Milk.. & protein... lyke eggs... Meal 2.. Where are the fibrous veggies.. You need brocolli, carrots.. green vegetables.. Meal 3.. Your pre workout shake looks fine.. but move the cottage cheese to the end of the day.. & the yogurt you can eat along with breakfast. Meal 4.. Post workout, you want fast acting carbs & protein in a 2 : 1 ratio... Meal 5.. More veggies.. and reduce the amount of carbs... maybe 1/2 cup of rice.. Meal 6.. Last meal of the day - You only want protein & fat.. maybe cottage cheese or natural peanut butter.. ***** Hehehe... That was fun.. :rofl: ![]() Peace..~G

I looked up exersizes for body part and it came it *shrug* couldnt think of another one to replace it with what i have to use. Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Quads Hams & calves leg extensions -(machine) 4x8@40lbs phanton chair- did 4 with a slow 10 count pause on sit squats with dbs- 4x8@ 10 lbs reverse leg extensions (flatbench) 4x8@30lbs lunges w/ dbs- 3x8@15lbs lateral lunges with bar- 4x8 heel raises with dbs- 4x8@15 lbs seated heat raises with 20 lb plate 4x8 ankles flex w/ 10 lb plate 4x8 duck squats 2x8 with 30 lb db no run/walk today gotta take dj to ear dr after Kdg. so i will get 45 in on treamill later today. Have a Great weekend!

Oh yea sat I did the Chest back and abs...but forgot to write it down..It was just like the last one though Have a great monday!
