Hope you have a good one! I have today to do my legs, and 2 days off, or somewhat off. I will still do abs those days and walk for cardio, but those are not as intense.

Now if I could just get the damn eating right all the time!

at another board ( it was a parenting one) years ago i tried all kinds of user names b4 it let me use that one and i have just stuck with it ever since.
