Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey all. I'm starting a journel over here today after journeling over at that other site for a couple of months. Mom24Boys got me to start up over here. I typically do 3 full body workouts a week. I prefer full body workouts because 3 days a week works out best for me. Plus if I have to skip a workout, at least all body parts get hit a least once or twice a week. So, here goes my workout this morning: Squats: 7 sets of 4 reps Supersets: DB Rows DB Flys : 4 sets of 6 Superset: Close grip bench BB arm curls : 4 sets of 6 I actually did squats last, but there because this one dude does his entire workout, including arm curls, in the squat rack, I couldn't do them at the beginning. |

Today is lifting day 2 of the week for me, and here is how the session went: Flat Bench: 7 sets of 4 reps Superset 1: Calf Raise Leg Curl : 2 sets of 6, 2 sets of 7 Superset 2: DB Military Press DB Hammer Curl : 4 sets of 6 Tri Pressdown : 3 sets of 6 Hope ya all have a great day. For me, today is my 9th wedding anniversary. HoosierWife has actually put up with me for that long! She deserves a medal, or at least a gold watch of something ![]() |

No lifting for me today...I'll be heading for a 30 minute brisk walk later today, and possibly some outside play time with my sons. The legs are still sore from Monday's squating and yesterdays leg curls. I hadn't squatted in about 3 weeks, and I hadn't been doing any direct hammy work due to some back problems. I actually like the soreness...it makes you feel like you've done something. |

Here was the routine: Pulldowns : 7 sets of 4 reps Superset 1: Decline Bench : 4 sets of 6 Seated Calf Raises : 4 sets of 8 Superset 2: Hack Squat : 4 sets of 7 Upright Row : 4 sets of 8 Farmers Walk : 3 sets It was a good session...I felt really strong.
