Okie dokie -- I did my usual morning hour bike ride, then I lasted an hour in the heat at the pool today -- that's it. I walked down the beach for 30 minutes of the hour. Here's the workout stuff. I've been working out while here at the beach -- I just don't always post it. :p Incline Dumbbell Press 12 reps X 25lb dumbbells 10 reps X 30lb dumbbells 10 reps X 35lb dumbbells 8 reps X 40lb dumbbells *Dangit. I feel like I might have been able to move up to 45s if I had a spotter today. Overhead Dumbbell Tricep Extension 12 reps X 25lb dumbbell 10 reps X 30lb dumbbell 10 reps X 35lb dumbbell 7 reps X 40lb dumbbell Incline Dumbbell Flyes supersetted with Tricep bench dips Flyes 12 reps X 20lb dumbbells 10 reps X 25lb dumbbells 8 reps X 30lb dumbbells 7 reps X 30lb dumbbells Tricep Dips I just used the bench press bench and another little bench thingie they had to put my feet on. I couldn't use weight because I couldn't figure out how to do that by myself. LOL 20 reps 20 reps 20 reps 20 reps *that last set was burning Superset Stupid Hydraulic Flat Bench Machine with Tricep Dumbbell Kickbacks Stupid Machine 10 reps X 50 whatever it is 10 reps X 70 8 reps X 80 8 reps X 85 *sigh* I can get up to 150 or so on the weighted flat bench machine at home. Kickbacks 10 reps each arm X 10lb dumbbell 10 reps each arm X 12lb dumbbell 10 reps each arm X 15lb dumbbell 10 reps each arm X 20lb dumbbell After this, I did 45 lovely minutes on the Stairmaster while watching Venus Williams win in the semi-finals. This gym is sooooo hot. It's in the upstairs of the River Course Club House and it is muggy, muggy. Whine, whine, whine. That's all. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Yay! Hibby's happy. Went to visit the nutrition lady. A) I was told I was doing much better on my lat spread today. It still needs a little more work, but she could definitely tell I was practicing. B) I'm feeling and looking tighter everywhere. C) My bodyfat has dropped from 13.2% to 12.5% and my lean mass was up a quarter of a pound. LOL Maybe I should ride bikes at the beach in the morning for the rest of my life. My triceps were down .5mm, my back was down 1mm, my quad was down .5mm, my hip was the same (4mm) and my stomach was the same (7mm). My weight is at 120.25lbs. I'm doing back/bis/abs today and 45 minutes cardio. My nutrition was tweaked -- a little more protein, a little less carbs, fat about the same. I have to do 6 60 minute prebreakfast 120bpm cardios and she added one more 45 minute session -- so, 5 of those in the afternoons. I told her I wished I had brought a box of tissues, so I could cry over that one. That's all. I'm momentarily blissful. |

Straight Arms 15 reps X 80lbs 15 reps X 90lbs 10 reps X 100lbs Isolateral Bicep Curl Machine 15 reps with 35lbs each side 12 reps with 45lbs each side 10 reps with 50lbs each side Cable Crunches*Pam told me not to do obliques anymore at all through contest time, but to hit my abs weighted. 25 reps X 70lbs 25 reps X 80lbs 20 reps X 95lbs 20 reps X 95lbs TRAGEDY ALERT!!! The damn StepMill completely died and they had removed it while I was gone on vacation. Figures. I may call the Golds or one of the bigger chains and go there a couple of times a week and just pay a day rate through my contests. Cardio 25 minutes on the Stairmaster 20 minutes on the treadmill at 15% incline *All in all -- a great workout. Tomorrow is morning cardio, lifting & 45 minutes more cardio (I think -- need to plan out my calendar), & I'm going to work with Kristy in the afternoon for an hour posing in the Yoga room. Next it's off to Wally World to grocery shop, get a blender because mine died, and get a new coffee pot. Fun, fun. Ya'll be good! |

LOL I just heard from my suit lady. She said the one piece is done and amazing and the two piece will be done and they both will be shipped by Wednesday. Yippee!! :beer1: |
