Warmed up on the bike for 7 minutes Hack Squats -- walked once around the track between each set at a good clip 10 reps X 160lbs 10 reps X 180lbs 10 reps X 200lbs 8 reps X 220lbs 8 reps X 240lbs 8 reps X 260lbs 6 reps X 290lbs*PB!! Woohoo! Lunges Around the track holding 15lb dumbbells -- about 40 lunges each leg Machine Squats 10 reps X 140lbs 10 reps X 180lbs 8 reps X 230lbs 7 reps X 230lbs *stayed there since I didn't have a spotter today and I killed my leggies on hacks. Standing Calves on Squat Machine 20 reps X 230lbs 15 reps X 250lbs 15 reps X 270lbs 10 reps X 300lbs*Never used the Squat Machine for this before. I liked it! Lunges Around the track again, holding 15lb dumbbells -- about 40 lunges each leg. Innies supersetted with Outies Innies 15 reps X 80lbs 12 reps X 90lbs 10 reps X 100lbs Outies 15 reps X 80lbs 12 reps X 90lbs 10 reps X 100lbs Extensions*Just trying to burn out the leggies 25 reps X 50lbs Drop Set: 70lbs X 10 reps, 50lbs X 10 reps, 40lbs X 10 reps Drop Set: 70lbs X 10 reps, 40lbs X 8 reps , 40lbs X 8 reps Voila! Done for the day! ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Thanks, Dan! ![]() Today was just double cardio session day - -no lifting. I'm doing my 120bpm prebreakfast cardio by walking outdoors. It keeps me pretty close to that range, and I just enjoy the peacefulness of being outside in the neighborhood early in the morning. ![]() This afternoon, I turned in 30 minutes on the StepMill and 15 minutes on the bike. My suit lady contacted me and said she would be ready to mail them in 2 weeks! I'm so excited -- I can't wait to get them! I'll be more excited if my hiney looks halfway decent in them! ![]() |

The Lipo6 is definitely getting my heartrate up faster because I had to do less speed and resistance on the elliptical to achieve 120bpms. Later today, I'm training with Kristy, more cardio, getting airbrush tanned, and errands. Ya'll have a great Thursday! Oh, and I meet with Pam (diet lady) tomorrow. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Yep -- I'm already proud of myself. ![]() Okay -- here's today's fun at the gym: Incline Dumbbell Press 10 reps X 25lb dumbbells 10 reps X 30lb dumbbells 10 reps X 35lb dumbbells 6 reps X 40lb dumbbells Cable Cross Overs 15 reps X 40lbs each side 10 reps X 50lbs each side 10 reps X 60lbs each side 8 reps X 70lbs each side Chest Dips 10, 10, 8 Decline Dumbbell Skullcrushers 10 reps X 12lb dumbbells 9 reps X 15lb dumbbells 8 reps X 15lb dumbbells Flat Bench Machine 10 reps X 100lbs 8 reps X 120lbs 4 reps X 140lbs, 2 reps X 110lbs (cooked!) After that: Cardio 35 minutes on the StepMill. I'm supposed to keep my heartrate between 140 and 160bpm, so I kept it at level 4 and double stepped the entire time except for a 3 minute warm up single stepping and 1 minute cool down single stepping. I also tossed my leg back like a kick back and squeezed each double step. The double stepping kept me at about 155bpm. After that, I did 10 minutes on the treadmill at 4.0mph and 15% incline -- about 143bpm, and cooled down for a few minutes. Voila! |
