Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Haha, Are you Jaws, or the swimmer? At first glance, I was thinking Pam must be Jaws, and you're the swimmer..... But then on second thought....., you might be Jaws and the swimmer might be a big fat cheeseburger. ![]() Man, I really want to eat a cheeseburger. - How many weeks is it until August 13th???? - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | LOL -- I definitely meant I'm the swimmer! Although the cheeseburger imagery sounds good also! ![]() Okay, I had better news this week. My bodyfat was down a little and I'd lost no lean mass. So good. She told me not to get whacky about the numbers anyway - -that it could have been waterweight or a misreading or something along the way and that I was looking better & that's what counts. I practiced posing and walking in my bikini and hooker shoes.I was given my directives for this week: Added Carnitine and Lipo 6 to the mix. Protein: 150g Carbs: 150g Fat: 40g 4 hour long 120bpm prebreakfast cardio sessions 4 45 minute moderate to high intensity sessions She also took measurements for the suit lady and told me her mom was an excellent seamstress and would make any last minute alterations with ease. That's cool! I think that was it! Happy Friday! |

| IronMass Donator | Wow, Hibby, that diet lady is serious. 1,560 calories? What method is she using to measure your bodyfat? And, I like the way you write your journal. It's clearer that way. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Hi SouthCali! Thanks! Last week it was 1,800 -- she just keeps bouncing me around. So far, so good. I'll probably get a little hungry this week with the lower fats and calories and the cardio, but such is life when trying to get the bodyfat so low. :p Oh, and she does caliper readings -- 5 measurements -- Back (subscapular), tricep, suprailliac (by the hip bone area), abdominal and quad. I had a good chest, tris and calves workout today. Fun, fun. ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Ouch... 4 - 60 minute pre-breakfast cardio sessions! Can you say "Cortisol" ! Boy, Hib... me and your diet lady don't see eye to eye on some things... but I'm definitely glad to hear your measurements were better this week. I figured it was just water or a bad measurement. - Don't get me wrong, I am not against pre-breakfast cardio... but never for more than about 30 minutes to prevent excessive cortisol release and muscle burning. But...there I go sticking my nose in again... Lipo 6 is a pretty good product. It's like using the ECY stack + guggul but replacing the Epherine HCL with Synephrine HCL. Stack it with Ephedrine HCL and it works really well.... but whether you should do that depends on how well you handle stimulants... Glad to see your numbers are moving in the right direction this week Hib. Keep up the good work! - EME

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Well, the prebreakfast sessions are only at 120bpm, EME. That's pretty slow. I've been doing them and could sing the Star Spangled Banner (if I could sing) while doing that cardio. LOL Anyway, it's the faster ones that are getting me lately. LOL Hopefully, the extra carbs will help some -- but she took away fat and carbs, so maybe not. Onward I forge. . . . Oh, and the stimulants are scary to me. My body does not like them any. I end up lying on the floor about to pass out. I keep looking at the bottle and get scared. LOL It's weird because when I was younger, I could drink Ripped Force and Speed and take some of the ephedra pills, but then it just out of nowhere did not agree with me anymore. Wierd. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 16 | Happy Saturday ya'll! ![]() Today is quads & 30 minutes cardio -- more fun for the weary. I took a picture of my ab line this morning because I've never had the one that goes down the center before. LOL Anyway, pardon the outfit (my fancier lingerie), the air brush tan line, and the alien veins showing up in my hands and arms! ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I understand about the thermo's Hib. You definitely should not take them if they bother you. You can definitely do it without them.. Although... the Lipo6 is a similar product to the other's you mentioned, so be careful with it too. Synephrine HCL can cause similar reactions in people who are sensitive to stimulants. IMO, Ephedra was junk after the first couple years it was out. Companies were selling it in such mass quantities that they were looking for cheaper and cheaper sources, and the products that were out after the first couple years were all over the map in terms of quality and actual content. At least with Epherdine HCL you are getting lab synthesized Ephedrine and it's a much cleaner product, with fewer sides, and you can't rely on the dosage. However, if you worry at all about using thermos, then stay away from them. You really only get about a 10% boost from them anyway....so at least 90% of your fat burning still has to be done the old fashioned way, regardless. Keep up the good work! - EME Quote:
