Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I meant to do thys on July 1st.. but since I myssed it... I'm starting it on August 1st... Plus thys place needs more than 2 workout threads... I'm 6' and I last weighed in at 186 3/4 pounds... I've been up to 193, but after a nasty recent battle with the flu I dropped 10 pounds... ... I'm a Libra, born October 6th, 1973 - so that puts me at 31 years old... Although I thynk I look and act a lot younger than my age!! .... When I get to 225, I'll cut... but I'm not looking forward to it.. I love my carbs!!My diet is probably 80% protein, 80% Carbs & 10% Fat... Yeah, I know that's more than 100%... but I give more than 100% in the gym, so why can't I give more than 100% in the kitchen?? I'm currently overseas in the Philippines... Basically having the tyme of my life, I'm on a different time schedule.. so be a little patient when it comes to replies... As for supplements .... I'm a walking chemistry experiment... There's : 1. Kre-Alkalyn - 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. 2. DHEA - 100 mg, 1 in the morning. 3. Tribulus - 1250 mg's in the morning, 1250 mg's in the evening. 4. Lysine - 500 mg's in the morning, 500 mg's in the evening. 5. Vitamin C - 1000 mg's in the morning, 1000 mg's in the evening. 6. TKE Joint Boost - 1 in the morning, 1 pre-workout, 1 in the evening. 7. Protein Powder - Whey with Dextrose - In the morning & Pre & Post Workout. I also have Flaxseed Oil capsules and ZMA but haven't started taking them yet. When I start, I'll be sure to mention it. I take progress pics every 2 months.. I'm due to take some this month, so I'll have new pics soon... I'll also post my routine later... Ryght now.. I'm going to sleep... Peace..~G

Staying all natural, I'm doing thys the hard way... Eating constantly (constantlay) to consume enough calories (calorays)... & protein, I'm broke again, you know where my dough went... Magazine ads got me, Trying every new supplement... So, how do you know when you fell into thys mass trap? You realize you eatin' tuna whyle takin' a crap!!! Please, don't make a mistake... I do 3 sets of 8 and I have a Double Day Routine... except for leg day as I've fallen into a groove... My exercyses look lyke thys.. Back Day A 1. Deadlyftz 2. Hammer Strength High Row 3. Hammer Strength Seated Row 4. 45 Degree Incline Dumbbell Hammer Curls 5. Rear Delt DB Row 6. Seated Reverse Forearm Curls - (Palms down, lift hands upwards) Back Day B 1. Bent Over Rows 2. Weighted Pullups 3. Seated Cable Pulley Row 4. Reverse Gryp Preacher Curls - (Overhanded to get extra forearm work) 5. Rear Delt DB Row Chest Day A 1. 30 Degree Incline DB Press 2. Flat DB Press 3. Dumbbell Pullover 4. 30 Degree Incline DB Fly 5. Tricep Pushdowns Chest Day B 1. EZ Bar Upryght Rows 2. Lying Syde Laterals 3. Weighted Dips 4. Shoulder Press (Machine) 5. Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press 6. Standing Behind the Back Forearm Curls Legz 1. Leg Extensions 2. Squats 3. Leg Presses 4. Calf Presses ..... I tend to take 2 minutes between most sets and exercyses with 3:30 between sets on my squats & deadlyfts... I'll take a minute or 1:30, between my warmup sets... Occasionally, I'll do some cardio after a workout, but no to often as I'm a semi-vocalist in a band and get a lot of cardio jumping around (dancing) on stage... I do 3 sets of 8.. and in most cases if I get 3 sets of 8, I'll raise the weight... All my weights are in kilograms... and I don't count the bar in exercyses lyke squats & deadlyfts... The only thyng lysted in pounds are the dumbbells & the pre-weighted barbells that I use for my Reverse Forearm Curls... Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | What better way to start a thread of, than with a leg workout??? Definitely not my best but... I gave it 199%... Sigh... I managed to sleep all day... I woke up around 2pm and dove back in the bed at 4... I planned on waking up at 6, so I could get my haircut and goto the gym... Yep, I woke up at 6 but went ryght back to sleep... got up at 8 and hit the store and the gym... Gawd, having a head cold sucks... I could breathe when I left the house.. but at the gym, my left nostril closed up... then it started running... so I wiped it on my sleeve... ![]() I was so drained and exhaused, I only did half of my workout... I thought about skipping my leg workout, but I asked myself.. what's the difference between blasting my quads vs blasting my chest or back??? None.. I'm gonna do my leg workout again, the next tyme I hit the gym... ... Thee Alphaz don't take the easy road. Leg Day Start - 8:54 pm Warmup - 6 minz - 1.81 km 1. Leg Extensions - 40/8, 40/8, 75/8, 75/8, 75/8 - (2:00) 2. Squatz - 50/8, 85/8, 85/8, 85/4+4 - (3:30) End - 10:00 Notes : Dat's it... I owe myself leg presses & calf presses ... If you'd have seen me crawl from the squat rack after that second set... You may have said a prayer for me... I crawled to the bench, placed my head on my folded arms and breathed deeply to recover... Folkz were asking if I was ok... all I could do was nod... When I'd gotten my breathe & looked at my tymer.. I had 1 minute left before my next set... The whole tyme I was breathing, I told myself I was crazy... Just do some calf presses & go home... All the good comments I'd received about my quadz ran thru my head... I don't need to work thys hard... but when my tymer went off... I looked at the bar... Lead by example... I'm Thee Alpha of Thee Alphaz... I climbed back under the bar... and got 4 reps... then I racked the weight... I didn't even sit down... I hung there with my arms over the bar... I couldn't breathe & I wanted to throw up... If someone had asked me to choose between a painless death & squatting, I would've had to thynk about it.. I looked at the clock.. 9:50 pm ... The employees are cleaning up... I crawl under the bar & get four more reps... Got Dayummit.. Why did I rack the weight??? Next tyme, it will be myne.. & it will be easy... Next tyme!! Peace..~G

They shipped it on the 2nd and I should get it within 5 days if customs doesn't interfere... Shipping to the Philippines cost 3 times more than the product.. ![]() It's a bar that I found in Ironman Magazine... It specifically trains your forearms... It may seem excessive, but forearms & calves are two of my favorite bodyparts to train... In addition to working with the forearm bar, I'm going to add forearm hangs to my routine.. where I'll grasp a pullup bar and hang until failure whyle contracting my forearms... http://www.monsterbars.com I dunno wassup with their websyte.. sometymes it works and sometymes it doesn't... Maybe it's just me...of course I just spent $1,100.00 on a new Nordic Trac Elliptical. I'll be picking it up today. Now please don't tell anyone I bought the thing...it'll kill my rep as someone that doesn't do c-a-r-d-i-o. As for your question on supps. I used to order from netrition.com. I'm not sure what their payment options are though. But I reckon you can check them out.
