Default Monday was biceps, calves, traps and rear delts day

Biceps, each arm
1 x 25 x 40
1 x 30 x 30
1 x 35 x 25
1 x 40 x 15
1 x 45 x 10

Seated Calf machine,
3 x 100 x 12

Shrugs,
3 x 135 x 20 with a hold at the top

Crossover cables,
3 x 25 x 12

Ab Crunches for 5 minutes.

I then did 30 minutes on the max inclined treadmill at 3 mph

Default Friday was make-day for missing Thursday's workout

I felt out of sorts, so I decided to take a nap instead on Thursday.

I decided to work Chest and Triceps today.

DB Flat bench press,
1 x 40s x 50 reps
1 x 50s x 25 reps
2 x 70s x 15 reps
1 x 70s x 12 reps

Pec Deck machine,
3 x 120 x 8 reps

Inclined DB Press,
3 x 45s x 8 reps

I then did 2 minutes of crunches and 3 sets of 1 x 95 x 8 reps on the ab machine.

40 minutes in the max inclined treadmill at 3 mph.

Default Thursday was packing day...

My house hasn't sold yet. My wife is moving into her new home in two weeks. At the end of this month I am handing my house keys to the realtor and heading south.

Thursday was spent boxing and moving all of my earthly possessions (that I want to keep) into a 6' x 7' x 8' metal container. There were some interesting decisions made based only on "space available".

I still have a little space for a couple more boxes. I imagine that I will fill that space with odds and ends over the weekend. The container leaves on Monday morning. I expect to getting back to my workouts this weekend.

Default Saturday was Back and Biceps Day

This wasn't a very long workout. After moving about 60 boxes of books and clothes from my house to the container, I was a little tired.

Stiff leg deads on a 6" platform all reps to the floor,
5 x 135 x 8

Seated Cable Rows,
3 x 160 x 12

1 arm DB Preacher Curls (alternating both hands per set)
3 x 40 x 8

Stability Ball Crunches for 5 minutes.

I did 45 minutes on the max inclined treadmill at 3 mph. (I was going to do 30 minutes, but I got into a movie. )

Great WOs in here as always I sympathise on all the moving...what alot of work! We moved recently and it is amazing how much stuff one can accumulate - phew! Our new philosophy is ..less is more!

My new home (2 rooms and a bath in a shared house.) will be less than 1/10the size of my current house. I managed to acquire everything that I ever wanted in life and it didn't make me one iota happier. In fact, I think it made me unhappier because I had too much to maintain. I read Thoreau's Walden Pond as a young man and somehow lost the message. It was very relevant and I am finding my way back to where I should have gone. I will never again own anything bigger than a cabin or bungalow in the woods.

I really wasn't in to it today. At 8 a.m. this morning part of my life, the part in a metal container rolled down my driveway on its way to my new home. And, I am stuck here for another 2 or 3 weeks. I'll get through this.

I then did the max inclined treamill for 30 minutes at 3.0 mph and then I went home.

I agree with you there. Most people think the bigger the house the better your status in the community. Theses days we live to impress more then we just live to be happy.
