So far so good. I haven't cut my calories yet. I am still bracketing my workouts with carbs before and protein during and carbs/protein after. The rest of the time I am eating clean in moderate amounts. The routine that I am using is designed to burn maximum calories. (If you have Word or something to read a .doc scroll up and see my routine.) I am on day two of the routine. Tuesday was a heavy leg day (6-8 reps max weight) with a fair amount of volume. Today was supposed to be an aerobic workout, but I don't think my heart rate got down close to 65% of my max hr after got started. I'll post it here in a minute. Saturday will be a heavy upper body day, again with 6-8 reps max with a lot of volume. That is followed with 15 minutes of anaerobic work. (I am going to try to do 30 or 60 meter sprints.) Sunday is like todays workout again with lots of volume with high reps. I want to see if I can drop the first 10 lbs without a caloric restriction beyond what I normally eat at maintenance levels. If nothing else, I am going to get into better condition. I can always cut back the calories if this isn't working for me. Thanks for asking about me. *

I was panting by the time I finished the first circuit. Compared to doing this workout, doing the max inclined treadmill for 30 minutes was like taking a nap. *
