205 was my PB for Bench 1RM one a year ago. I was stuck at the weight. I have been doing DB Flat benches since then. (And some high rep BB Flat benches.) I am ready to move into new BB Flat Bench territory.

My avatar is close to my lowest cut weight. I think I was 172 in that pic. That was taken in late November. I have been going backwards on my cut since then.

Since then I have been helping my wife design and spec her new custom home and getting our divorce all lined up. Yeah, crazy, I know. I am committed to going out with the same grace that I used going into this marriage. (IOWs, things are nuts around here.)

I'll get you a bulk picture when I reach 196 lbs or in 11 more weeks, whichever comes first.
I will tell you, I am getting bigger and stronger. I should have done this a long time ago.

Default Tuesday was Leg Day

This week I do a MaxOT style of training. Just lift heavy with range of 4-6 reps. If I can do 6 reps, I increase the weight on the next MaxOT cycle. Last week was progression with fewer reps.

Rack Squats,
1 x 135 x 10, warming up
1 x 185 x 8, warming up
1 x 205 x 3, acclimating to heavier weight
2 x 225 x 6, {PB} went for my 6 reps for 2. I get to move up to 245 next cycle. (Note: I may have done more than this in the past, but it has been so long I don't really remember.)

Leg Press machine,
1 x 290 x 10
1 x 380 x 10
2 x 470 x 6 {PB} I get to move up to 500 the next cycle.

Leg Curls machine,
3 x 130 x 10

Ab Crunches, 10 minutes

I am feeling much stronger. I am liking this again.

Tomorrow is a rest day. I also get my massages on Wednesdays.

way to go rad.....ur moving some good weight man. make sure you get plenty of rest between working bodyparts. overtraining is our enemy when it comes to gaining size and strength. i have no doubt with ur knowledge of nutrition and how it works for ur body you can get a helluva lot bigger and stronger. i wanna see you onstage massively bigger and cut when you compete again.
