I had 1/2 can of that on my refeed yesterday. Do you ever do T-bar rows for your lats? They're one of my fav exercises, if I can find a proper set up. Good make up workout ![]() |

When I look in the hand mirror in front of my vanity mirror with a double bi pose, I see wide but short lats. I think I need to do something differently. Do you know of anything that hits the lower lats more than the upper? Monday is a light day. Super sets Seated bent over rear delt raises, Standing front delt raises, 5 x 25s x 8 Upright BB rows, 5 x 95 x 16 Standing Overhead Presses, 5 x 65 x 12 Stability Ball Crunches, 20 minutes The combination of eating more for my bulk and not doing cardio is producing a definite thickening of the mid section. I am going to go easy for the next few days. I don't want to blimp up like I did on my last bulk. *
