I had a bit of a cough and some sneezing yesterday, so I took yesterday and today off for rest and recouperation. I have been drinking lots of water, taking green tea extract, aspirin and decongestants. I slept a lot yesterday. So far so good.

I expect to be hitting the gym tomorrow.

I burned 300 calories on the max inclined treadmill.

SL Deadlift on a 6" platform. 3 x 135 x 8, 2 x 225 x 6
WG Pullups, 3 x bw x 8
Chinups, 2 x bw x 8
Seated Cable Rows, 5 x 160 x 8
Shrugs, 5 x 225 x 16
Standing Curls, 5 x 60 x 10
Standing Reverse Curls, 5 x 40 x 10
Stability Ball Crunches, 1 x bw x 150
Stability Ball Rotating Crunches, 1 x bw x 50
Cable Crunches, 1 x 75 x 50

I felt pretty good. That wasn't as light as I had planned.

It is really hard to "go light" sometimes. I can't count the number of times my "light" days ended up being normal or heavy. Good job.

Default Monday was Shoulder and Abs Day

Besides filing for divorce, I burned 750 calories on the max inclined treadmill today. (hahaha! 90 days and I am a freeman.)

SuperSets x 3
Front raises, 1 x 25s x 8
Lateral raises, 1 x 25s x 8
Bent Over raises, 1 x 25s x 8

Double D Cable Pulls for rear delts, 3 x 55 x 8
Lateral Raise machine, 3 x 50 x 8
Upright Rows, 1 x 95 x 20, 1 x 115 x 16, 1 x 125 x 12, 2 x 155 x 6 {PB}
Standing Overhead BB presses, 3 x bar x 16

Stability Ball Crunches, 1 x bw x 100
Stability Ball Rotating Crunches, 1 x bw x 100
Oblique Machine, 2 x 100 x 20

After one week on my diet I should have lost a fraction of a lb. I have gained 5 lbs. Some of this is water weight from eating salty food before bed last night, but the rest is fat around my waist. I am cutting low days and high calorie days by 300 calories and I am increasing cardio to 600 calories per day everyday. This may be overkill, but I want to get back to where I was last Monday and then re-evaluate.
