I am using the machine readout. It takes my weight, speed, inclination and time to calculate the number of calories burned. My speed is 3.3 mph and the inclination is the max of 15. At my weight this calculates to 100 calories every 7 minutes. If I do the treadmill at 0 inclination it takes much longer to burn 100 calories. I don't know if this is correct or not. It is just a reference point for me. I prefer to do more exercise and eat more calories than to just use diet to lose fat.

Default Wednesday was Traps and Abs Day

I went in primarily to do cardio on the treadmill. I burned 600 calories.

Shrugs, 5 x 225 x 16 reps
Stability Ball crunches, 1 x bw x 100
Cable Crunches, 2 x 70 x 25

Today I am going to the gym for a massage and then do a Chest Day. It is a tough job, but someone has to do it.

After 6 weeks without it, the massage was wonderful. (I really should have found a good massage place in Quito. At $15 per massage hour it was dumb not to do it.) I gotto eat less or do more cardio on the treadmill.
