Default Tuesday was Leg Day

Squats, 2 x bar x 10 reps, 2 x 135 x 8, 1 x 225 x 8, 1 x 255 x 5, 1 x 275 x 5, 1 x 285 x 3 {PB} All sets were deep and good form.
Stiff Leg Deadlift, 2 x 225 x 8, this is done on a 6" platform and the plates touch the floor for each rep.
Leg Press 45 degree sled, 1 x 270 x 8, 1 x 360 x 8, 1 x 45 x 6 {PB} All sets were deep, no pins.

I felt really strong today and the energy level was real high. (I think the green tea capsules help.)

about halfway down the page.

don't be envious rad, i feel even though the plates add up to 150 i think the pulley systems gives an advantage to the lifter. kinda like the smith machine helps to take the balance factor out of the equation when using it. thanks for stopping by my thread and have a good day tomorrow.

Yeah, that is what I call Cable pushdowns. Some cable systems have a double (triple?) pulley system which causes the actual weight to be one half of what is in the stack. My gym's crossover pulley system is like that. That is why I use the pushdown station. If I go more than 85 lbs on that, I can't budge the stack without standing on the pushdown bar (which would look pretty funny, if I did).

Default Wednesday is a weight lifting day off...

I usually go to the gym for cardio, but I feel like I am dodging a cold, so I stayed home and took naps.

Tomorrow is upper body day. I am looking forward to that.
