Hahaha, I think I am stuck in the party mode. I think I like not having a job, I am not sure if I will survive if I don't get a purpose (beyond getting more muscles) though.

Default Today was my day off, but... I had a day to make up...

so, today was "whatever I want to do".

I decided to do chest, shoulders and triceps.

Dips for chest, 5 x bw x 8, 1 x bw x 6
Pec Press machine, 3 x 200 x 6
DB flat bench press, 2 x 55s x 10 (no spotter)
Pec Deck, 1 x 90 x 8, 2 x 100 x 8, 2 x 120 x 6 {PB}
Upright rows, 1 x 65 x 12, 1 x 95 x 12, 1 x 105 x 10, 2 x 145 x 6 {PB}
Rope pulls, 3 x 45 x 10
Tricep pulldowns, 2 x 65 x 14, 1 x 95 x 8, 1 x 105 x 6.
Dips for chest, 1 x bw x 6

It was a good workout.

Default Today was leg day

Squats, 1 x bar x 12, 1 x 135 x 8, 1 x 225 x 8, 1 x 250 x 4, 1 x 260 x 3
Squat machine, 1 x 225 x 8, 1 x 295 x 8, 1 x 345 x 8, 2 x 400 x 6
Leg Curls, 3 x 60 x 8

260 on the squat is a previous personal best. I need to get that up to 6 reps and go for an new PB. It won't be long.

10 sets of squats and squat machine did me in. It was a great workout.

Tomorrow is my day off from weights.

As stated, I did take my day off from weights today. I was going to take tomorrow off and then do Chest, Shoulders and Triceps on Friday with my workout buddies. My son has his last varsity soccer game on Friday (it may be his last ever, unless he gets on a soccer team in college), so I am going to do my workout tomorrow, so I can go to that game on Friday and watch him play.

Thanks. I do my calves on any day but leg day. Last week I went in on my day off and did 30 minutes of just calves raises. I really need to do something with seated calves. No seated calf machine in my gym, but I guess I could put a barbell on my legs and do them that way.

I do the same thing with abs. I periodically hit them for 30 minutes of crunch torture.
