Thanks for the visit Game & Joed. ![]() _________________________________________ Did my workout today and what a difference it makes NOT having carbs before lifting.(at least for me) My legs trembled as I did Rack pulls.Argh! At first I couldn't even lift the bar. I had to concentrate (get really mad! LoL) and give it my all. After the first two exercise my muscles seemed to warm up and the rest of my lifting went pretty smooth. I did decrease the weights for some exercises though. HORIZONTAL PUSH/PULL; STANDING CALVES Horizontal plane back (pull) Rack Pulls (set at knee level), 5 sets: 200lbs@5x5 Bent barbell rows (varied grip pronated and supinated), 6 sets: 120lbs@1x6 100lbs@5x6 Seated Cable Rows, 90lbs, 5x6 Horizontal plane chest (push) Barbell bench press, 4 sets: 100lbs@1x8, 110lbs@5-4-3 Incline barbell bench press: 4 sets @80lbs, 10-7-7-6 Db Pullovers: 30lbs@3x10 barbell standing calf raises: 120lbs@3x8

| Pink Members | way to go on the workout mama! i so know how you feel about thelifting without carbs...me no likey! i have found i rather like eating higher carb lower fat, and im having a hard time transitioning back to low low carb....but ill keep trying...unless i decide to go back to the way i was eating,....hahahhahaha love ya hunny! have a great evening! |

LoL hun...I just finished up my workout! I have one more day of lifting tomorrow to complete this week. Ufff! Had a tummy ache yesterday and right after I finished working out today I got sick! :toilet: I tell ya those BCAA's do not taste good coming up!! Bleck! TMI? Don't read this part! LoLI'm glad I got my workout done in the nick of time though! :bigthumbu Pammie...I know what you mean about prefering Higher carb/low fat to LC, higher fat...especially when it comes to lifting! My strength sucks. I had to lower the weight on RDL's today. Grrrr. The only thing I'm liking is that my appetite has reduced and my pants are fitting better...(less water?)...anyways...I'll see how far I'll LC to. As long as I'm seeing results it's all good. If I happen to stall on LC then it's back to higher carbs!! Anyways I plan a mini bulk around Dec. There is this Italian xmas bread called Panettone...my favorite!! I could eat that all day long. Can't wait till Dec! LoL Have a great evening too Pammie...and everyone else. ![]() ~D~ ps: I'll write up my workout a bit later.
