Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 184 | I'm actually keeping my carbs down...yesterday I got 27 net carbs before my lifting. I still had quite a bit of energy. I'm going to try this method for a while. I'll have some fast carbs w/ protein right before my workout, during and after. The rest of my meals I'll keep LC.

It went pretty good...I had some fast carbs mixed w/ my protein shake pre, during and post workout....but, I feel like I'm going to pass out right now! HIP/HAMSTRING DOMINANT LEGS; TRICEPS HAMSTRING DOMINANT, short heavy sets • RDLs 5 sets @170lbs 5x8 • Barbell Straight Leg Deadlift 4 sets@130lbs 4x8 Quads, longer sets: • ATF Squats 5 sets @100lbs 5x8 Triceps • Close grip bench press 4 sets @100lbs 12-8-8-8 • Tricep press down 4 sets @ 40lbs 7-6-6-6
