Ok got my last workout of this week done. Phew!! All caught up. Tomorrow will be rest day. I didn't feel as strong/energetic today due to 3 continuous lifting workouts this week.

VERTICAL PUSH/PULL; STANDING CALVES

Vertical plane back (pull)

• Pull-ups 5 sets: 4-3-3-3-2

• Lat pulldowns 4 sets: 80lbs 6-6-6-5

• Seated Rows 5 sets: 80lbs 5x8

Vertical plane shoulders (push)

• Military Press 5 sets: 80lbs 5, 70lbs 8-8-7-7

• Standing cable rows: Bar 4 sets: 50lbs 4x5

• Calf Raises 3 sets: 120lbs 15-15-15
