Hey there DM...sorry I haven't been posting much lately. This month has been stressful due to work issues. I've found a new job and will be going to see what it's all about tomorrow ( I was already interviewed twice)..so I'll be getting a tour of the department I'll be working in and if I like it and the pay it's all good.

Otherwise on the training and diet side all is going well. Been making consistent progress each month. Gonna pick up the pace for this last month.

I'm glad I chose to participate in this years IMPC...as tough as it is...the results are so rewarding. It's also great that you are in the IMPC this year...you've been great motivation DM. I'm happy to be in the comp. with someone as dedicated and hard working as you. It wouldn't have been the same without you.

We are almost there DM...lets do it! :gogo:

Wow! it's been 3 years since I joined IM...met the love of my life (DF)
..still together and much in love.

Going out tomorrow to my 36th bday!! Getting closer to 40's now ...but, I plan to look 25 by the age of 40..that's my ulitmate goal! LoL

Quick update on diet and training..DF and I have both been off and on with our training and diet. We are both back on track and serious about getting ripped.

Hope everyone's doing good. Miss you guys.
