New bicep measurement...DF measured my bicep 'cold'...at 14"...so 1/2 inch gain!! ![]() ![]() New bench PB 195lbs!! :mango: DF's training kicks @$$....oh and also wanted to mention that WTF pump is also working it's magic...I noticed I have much more strength when I take it. I missed taking it for two days and noticed I wasn't as 'pumped' or had the same strength. Hope everyone is having a great weekend! ~D~
