Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 184 | Hey Gals!! Great to see two of my favorite workout buddies in here! Well all is going great so far as sticking to plan with workouts. On diet I'm being careful but, will still need to get more organized with my meals..not skipping any and planning ahead so that I have the right foods easily accessible..especially when I'm really hungry..(it will cut down temptation to eat something not on plan as well as overeat). Wednesday last week...worked legs. Pre warmup on the stationary bike 5 mins. Then worked legs and did more cardio on the elliptical for 10 mins. I've been doing cardio on my stationary bike daily...I took Thursday as my day off lifting and cardio. On Friday DF and I hit the gym. I did 10mins of warmup on the treadmill..walking for 5 mins and then walking fast on an incline for another 5. We worked out chest...nice and sore from DOMS today. Saturday...day off from workout. DF and I will be hitting the gym today so I'll post my workout later. I'm going to get my shoulder checked out again...this time the Dr. that saw me suggested getting an x-ray first then a CT scan...it's what they should have done from the start. I'm doing great so far...dropped 8lbs in a month and working at getting to my previous IMPC lowest weight of 150 and hopefully next month I'll finally be in the 140's!! ![]() Thanks for the congrats. My shoulder is still messed up. I got it x-rayed and have to go back to my Dr. to see the results. I'll have to make some time soon and have something done to my shoulder cause I feel it's getting worse. My lifts are not as good and I'm actually having to decrease the weights due to the pain. I'm working at my weight loss...not easy. I had a cheat meal on Feb 2, as it was DF and mine 1 Anniversary since we met in person. So I'm still working on getting rid of the bloat and water weight. Yuck!Uhm...my benching #'s according to DF (I never remember them. LoL) - 155 x 6 on the vertical bench. Squats - I'm doing 225 x 1 on the squat machine. I myself didn't notice very much changes for some reason and I was kinda disappointed..especially with scale #'s but, after seeing my pics side by side I can definintely tell I leaned up a whole bunch. I'm glad I kept these pics. I didn't show them before cause I hated how I looked. One thing I'm happy about is having joined the IMPC cause it really taught me what I needed to do to be disciplined with workouts and diet..it's not easy but, it's worth it!! ![]() So here are my never before seen pics... ![]() ![]() ![]() ~D~
