Grrrr Went lower on weight... 205lbs 1x3, 135lbs 1x8, 140lbs 1x8, 150lbs 1x5 • Hyper-Extensions 4 sets: BW + 35lbs plate 4x8 • Bent BB Rows 3 sets: 95lbs 1x5, 2x6, 1x5 Horizontal plane chest (push) • Vertical Bench Press 4 sets: 125lbs 1x7, 3x5 (gave it my all on these ones..I swear I had veins popping in my forehead! LoL) • Pec Dec: 3 sets: 65lbs 1x8, 1x6, 1x5 • Incline Bench Press 3 sets (in smitch machine): 75lbs 1x1, 55lbs 2x6 Seated Calf Raises: 3 sets 200lbs 1x9, 2x6 10 mins on elliptical

It was both a tension headache (shoulder/neck pain..always get these after Rack Pulls or anything that involves my traps. *sigh*) and also dehydration. I've been drinking lots of water..water..and more water today... Dr. DF's orders. ![]() I'm actually feeling great now..but, too late to head out the gym so I'm calling it my day off.
