| Silver Member | hey dnyc great avi. you asked in my journal about the skulls and my elbows, my elbows are still hurting and it is affecting me not only with skulls now it is hurting doing almost every tricep motion, i don't think it is going to get better unless i quit working out and that is out of the question. i am going to just suffer through it and try to work around it. anyway thanks for visiting my journal and tell ms. grumpy i said hello,lol. have a great day tomorrow. |

| Silver Member | i know i took a couple of my normal workouts off and it did wonders for my intensity and strength when i went back, i think some days we just get so overwhelmed with life that it zaps our energy and drive. i am all for straying from routine for a break to come back with the urge to kick some ass in the gym. so go with ur gut and do it, listen to ur body(just don't forget to come back to the gym). hope you have a great week next week |
