Vertical plane back (pull) • Pull-ups 5 sets: 5-4-4-4-4 (went up on these. ;D ) • Lat pulldowns 5 sets: 80lbs 8-8, 90lbs 6-5-4 • Seated Rows 4 sets: 100lbs 4x10 Vertical plane shoulders (push) • Military Press 4 sets: 80lbs 7-7-5-3 • Standing cable rows: Bar 4 sets: 50lbs 8-6-6-5 • Calf Raises 3 sets: 200lbs 3x12 ![]()

Funny you ask that cause I thought the same thing today. Weird huh? I'm not sure why...maybe it's cause I do them second to pull-ups and my arms are tired by then?? I'll try it the other way around next time? Then again I'm also doing less weight on my lat pull down cause my right shoulder starts giving me pain so I'm also taking it easy. That's my excuse for now!! :p LoL
