Yup, thanks hun... I'm just happy they actually noticed a difference! I mean on the scale I've lost about 4lbs (mostly water weight from a carb up day)...and 1lb to bring me down finally to 157lbs. That's just what I get from the scale. Measurement wise my waist is getting smaller...and who knows from where else I've lost? EEK!! I haven't measured myself completely yet.

I know body composition has definitely changed and that's what I'm mostly happy about. :winkthumb

LoL Well I can't tell you how much I look forward to bulking in Dec. I'm thinking a mini bulk for myself. I do know what you mean though. Vertical plane back (pull)

• Pull-ups 5 sets: 5-4-4-4-4 (went up on these. ;D )

• Lat pulldowns 5 sets: 80lbs 8-8, 90lbs 6-5-4

• Seated Rows 4 sets: 100lbs 4x10

Vertical plane shoulders (push)

• Military Press 4 sets: 80lbs 7-7-5-3

• Standing cable rows: Bar 4 sets: 50lbs 8-6-6-5

• Calf Raises 3 sets: 200lbs 3x12

Kick ass! Your going to be a fitness model in no time! One observation, how come you can do Pull ups at 156 for multi reps but you only use 80-90lbs for your lat pulldowns? :confused2 Seems like your going easy on yourself in your pulldowns.

Funny you ask that cause I thought the same thing today. Weird huh?

I'm not sure why...maybe it's cause I do them second to pull-ups and my arms are tired by then?? I'll try it the other way around next time?

Then again I'm also doing less weight on my lat pull down cause my right shoulder starts giving me pain so I'm also taking it easy. That's my excuse for now!! :p LoL

That very well could be especially since you follow the one with the other and they work the exact same muscle group. If you want to keep both split them up by putting the seated rows in the middle and maybe change the pulldowns to a different grip by going close grip to hit your back at a different angle. http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...pPulldown.html
