HORIZONTAL PUSH/PULL; STANDING CALVES Horizontal plane back (pull) Rack Pulls (set at knee level), 5 sets: 210lbs@5x5 Bent barbell rows (varied grip pronated and supinated), 6 sets: 120lbs@ 4x6, 110lbs@ 2x6 Seated Cable Rows, 4 Sets 100lbs, 4x8 Horizontal plane chest (push) Started having probs. with my right shoulder again. Barbell bench press, 4 sets: 120lbs@5-4, 110lbs@6-5 Incline barbell bench press: 4 sets @80lbs 10-9-8, 90lbs@ 5 Tricep press down 4 sets @ 40lbs 10, 50lbs@5-5-3 <--Not sure why I included these on chest day? Can't think straight w/o my carbs!! Barbell standing calf raises: 170lbs@3x15
