I'd been spooked on this movement ever since I pinned myself with the bar doing a set of 3 with 25lbs. Today I finally got the nerve to try it again and I got 2 sets of 8 this time. Yay me, lol. Seated lateral raises 4x8 @12.5 I seem to be stuck here. Upright Row w/EZ Curl bar 3x8 @50 DB Curls 3x8 @20 I had no motivation here. Not sure why. |

I am doing a split like this: day 1 - Vertical push/pull day 2 - quads day 3 - off day 4 - horizontal push/pull day 5 - hamstrings Lat pulldowns 4x8 @ 75 Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press 2x8 @60 2x8 @65 <---- moved up Face Pulls 1x8 @60 3x8 @70 <---- moved up Triceps Extension w/DB 4x8 @ 25 I really need a 27.5 here, as 25 is not quite challenging enough but 30 is too much. Seated Lateral Raises 4x8 @ 12.3 <---- think I might be ready to move to 15. A few crunches. |
