Pleased with this as I moved up on all sets except the initial one of 20. Plus, I finally squatted my bodyweight. Not much for some, I know, but an accomplishment for me.

Rad - I weigh 125 lbs. So 80 + bar = 125. I tend to omit the bar when I log my weights.

DF - I am getting stronger but I want to be bigger!
