Plus, I finally squatted my bodyweight. Not much for some, I know, but an accomplishment for me. SLDLs 1x10 @Bar 5x10 @60+bar I am gradually adding weight and dropping reps here. Abductor 1x8 @70 4x8 @80 Increases here. Extensions 4x8@120 No increases here. Maybe next time. |
