| IronMass Sponsor | Wow I never thought I would do the online journal as I'm terrible about it. But I wanted to get started so I keep myself accountable. I'm 33yrs old with 3 young kids and I'm 5'3" at 122lbs right now. I'm looking to drop to 115 or so and get that complete cut stomach. I'm also looking to gain strength and add size to my arms and legs. I'm hoping to dial in a diet (I have a hard time cutting out sweets) Today was an off day at the gym so all I accomplished was about and hour and forty min of walking But I did sign up on fitday.com to help manage my calorie intake!I will try to update this and add some pictures. But i just wanted to make sure I at least try to get some goals and get that sexy look back. |

I'll be hitting the gym heavy Wednesday. I've had issues that took me out of the gym today so i walked the Mastiffs last night and mowed today to get some cardio..I must say the dogs give a nice strength workout as we are even in weight now..lol. Oh I also took the self propel off, does that count for mowing uneven terrain! I know get my butt in the gym, no excuses! I'll put up pictures Friday. I have a tiny one in my avi..not good enough? You guys will regret the pic wanting soon enough. I still feel heavy and self conscious. | |

| IronMass Sponsor | Well I made it to the gym today. After 4 days off it felt good. However it was frustrating to see myself losing muscle but yet have the scale say I weighed a pound more! DH is on the same stuff and he lost 6 lbs. Same diet same supps...sigh Its very discouraging. Anyway I came into the gym feeling weak and tired but I got my arm workout done. I did arms , abs and 10 min of cardio on the treadclimber. I'll post more later. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | I know some people are diehard - I must go to the gym today.. However, I thynk that sometymes, it's good to not go when u're not up to it... Working out when the body is stressed can "supposedly" force it to release more cortisol which hinders muscle growth and development... making your workout worse... Just my lil $.34 .. (I add tax to my $.02) What's DCP ??? - in your supplement list... Finally - Welcome to IronMASS.. ![]() Peace..~G

| IronMass Sponsor | DCP is a great fat burner it also is one of the few that doesnt seem to compromise strength and muscle! Here is a link to the review on it on Nutraplanet.DCP (180 caps) By RPN I also forgot to mention that I'm on GUT Health as well. It helps me to better digest and utilize my protein, as well as helps with IBS and other stomach sensitivites |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | Christine, I re-read your first post and forgot to mention something that might help you. Don't be overly concerned with losing weight, concern yourself with shedding bodyfat and losing inches on your waist. I have had some weeks while doing the Cut Diet (I'm almost done with week 15) where i have gained 2 pounds, but still dropped BF, or had it stay the same. That means in those weeks I actually gained lean muscle mass while dieting. I don't know what kind of nutrition plan you are on, but you should check out the Lifestyle Cut Diet. It's based on the diet I'm using for my contest, but not quite so harcore for people who aren't competing. I don't know the url, but you should be able to google it.
