You're going strong Christine! I can't do the twice a day thing as I hate going to the gym when it's dark. Another couple months and that will be my routine once again.

I hope to see you at the Arnold and view the results.

When are you going? Are you competing?

I don't like going twice a day but she thinks mass on a woman looks bad. So she trains me for long lean cut muscle. So I am losing size, thats an ego killer for me.

But I'm still holding weight and I'm getting frustrated, who doesn't want to look good at the Arnold! I think it would be great to meet you!!

6pm training: Back day
Well we did ab crunches supersetted with one arm rows.
Abs 30 reps and 50lb x15 for each arm then into the crunches.

I had a really good back day. I left with energy and feeling good. Had good upper and lower back pumps.

Finshed the day with another 10 min of cardio 3.2 speed at a 15 incline.

No, my competing days are over. I compete against myself, try to do as good or better than I did last week. :-) Shedding the fat now from the winter bulk and binge eating.

When I get to the Arnold depends on if my g/f gets Thursday night off from work. Otherwise, it will be Saturday morning. I hope I can find you there and say hello.

Too much mass on a woman is bad, IMHO. I don't think you suffer from that problem and I hope you shed your water by the end of the month. Either way I am sure you will look great!

i'm sure we can run into each other somewhere.

Well its leg day and I woke up sick Sore scratchy throat, migraine, stuffy nose, etc..sigh. I think I'm going to schedule training for tonight. See if time and meds don't help.

I drug myself to train today. I have been sick for 2 days with a low fever and headache, scratchy sore throat and stuffy nose and tight lungs

I barely made it through training. Especially the one legged squats and all the jumping things... She told me I went white towards the end. I was feeling like I might pass out. But the secondary trainer was behind me telling me I could push through it...so i did!

I hope this passes soon. Its crimping my Arnold style, and it puts me in danger of losing cut and muscle before the arnold

Well I survived another sick gym day, albeit grouchily

We hit shoulders hard today. Half way through my shoulders were hurting so bad I could not reach up to get my water. I survived snarling through the rest of the workout. I swear it was football training today. We supersetted EVERYTHING..well except 4 sets of 30 shrugs.

We did 100 x 4 sets on an ab stand of twists. And 30 x 4 sets of mountain climbers on the floor...football style.

She wants me to cut the tilapia and go to orange roughy as the only meat protein source , but I'm not sure this is possible.

Had a really good arm day today. I was painfully pumped half way through it. Still sick I missed back day yesterday. So I can either train early Sunday with the trainer, or Matt Sunday night. I am so not an am person.

Got back day, abs and cardio in today. I did back day on my own tonight. I did 4 sets of hammer high pulls at 90lbs x 10 for sets and 140lbs x 6 for final set. I supersetted these with pull ups in between each set for 10 pull ups a set.

Did single arm low rows at 60 lbs a side for 3 set 10 reps. Supersetted with high rows at 60, 70 and 80lbs for 10reps.

Did pulldowns at 70, 80, 90lbs x 10 sset with rows at same weight.

Did a few other back things, played solo ab ball I did this three times until failure with a 9lb ball, good cardio! Did crunches and machine crunches at 60lbs for 20 reps 3 sets.

Also did the dreaded cardio!!

Well we had a split today. Natalie will be at the Arnold so she won't be training Fri.

We did chest and bi's. I missed Leg day with a sick child so I've missed a day so far. Lol but my legs won't be seen on Arnold weekend so no loss.

Well today was combo back/bi day. Nothing to exciting to report. She worked us hard today since the Arnold is so close. And gotta love the push up/pop squats balanced on two dumbells from a push up position straight up with the dumbells into a bicep curl!

Tommorrow I start dropping water. I'll be using Taraxatone and dosing the B6 every 3 hours.

Tomorrow is shoulder day, maybe legs? It will be my last workout before the Arnold with her as she has to be up at the expo on Thur!

Well it was shoulder day, my last workout before the Arnold. I lost 2 lbs of water weight overnight due to the diuretics. I never realised how hard it is to hit the weights when you are dehyrated.

Either way she made me work hard!! She upped my weights to try to blow me up before the A. I was whining like a baby. I was so thirsty and tired. I'm glad its about to be over. I'm going to continue the diuretics for today. I'm undecided as to whether to take another day of var since it makes me puffy?

Ok its over for another year... But I'm not ready to quit! I came in really nice day 1 of the Arnold and was asked about competing by a fitness model for Gaspari.

It got me thinking about how much work I still needed and what I could look like if i applied myself. So I've decided to keep going! Now what I will take and for how long it will be safe is another story.

But I might take a week off Nat's training and do a week of my own then go back in for the long haul with her on Monday. That means the commintment to continue eating clean and let her kill me M-F. I think I can do it! If I do then next week after I pump up a week with her I will start progress pics.Something to keep myself going and noticing new cuts. I don't want to compete but would like to be stage ready alll the time.
