Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | You had all the sypmtoms of a good leg workout. But remember this is a marathon, and not a sprint. We all want to grow faster, but you are also at a caloric deficit which doesn't mean you won't grow, but it won't be as fast.

| IronMass Sponsor | Had another good chest and shoulders workout. Did some ab work also. No cardio today, well except for the solo ab ball machine..lol Diet is coming along well protein is where it should be, morining shake and night time slow absorbing peptide shake. |
