Not bad measurements at all! Im afraid to get mine done...Im sure I'd have like 30 or more lbs to lose to be considered lean.

I'm so happy!!! I was at the gym today and I have lost 5lbs. I went from a 122 to a 118. I was fluctuating at 123. And I'm gaining some muscle definition ...:friends:

Had a really great leg workout todat. Got my squats and deadlifts in. It felt great!! I hope to see them explode soon. However if I don't feel the pain tom. well its time to crank it up again.

I was shaky after doing it. The harder more involved exercise I was shaky while doing. Had the naseau after workout going. I just feel like I need to grow faster!!!!

You had all the sypmtoms of a good leg workout. But remember this is a marathon, and not a sprint. We all want to grow faster, but you are also at a caloric deficit which doesn't mean you won't grow, but it won't be as fast.

Had another good chest and shoulders workout. Did some ab work also. No cardio today, well except for the solo ab ball machine..lol Diet is coming along well protein is where it should be, morining shake and night time slow absorbing peptide shake.
