If I step on the scale and see what I weigh, the first thing I want to do is go eat tons of food. I haven't weighed myself since I started cutting. I need to look into trying some Sesathin and I know nothing about DCP.

I never quit, It just was miserable there for a minute working out sick. I'm to driven to see the results that I want right now.

My diet is clean, living on chicken and brown rice..lol

I'm just impatient, you work hard you want results now! I put a supplement list up with times and amounts to keep me from forgetting any, Have my Watermelon extend with taurine and beta-alanine, and creatine drink ready to go for my workout. Today is shoulders and back again which will be a little harder as I'm sore still

Today was just a cardio ab day. My training partner decided we should workout 6 days a week. So time was short so thats what I did. Mixed capsaicin in my lipoderm to turn up the burn!!!

What does the beta-alanine powder taste like?

The beta -alanine powder is tasteless, slightly sweet if anything. I just put it in my mouth and wash it down with a drink. Its just one less pill I have to swallow. I do the same with my taurine, its tasteless as well

I started using bulk Beta-Alanine about 2 weeks out from my contest, and it helped a lot. Really made it so I could crank out some dropsets without cramping up from all of the lactic acid.

I was shocked at how small the scoop was for it gets lost in the tub.

I take mine pre wokout by adding a 1/2 serving to my VasoXplode/Xtend (VasoXplode has Beta-alanine in it), then I take a full dose post workout with my creatine. I also Take a full dose before bed. One of the reasons I am using so much is that I only eat fish and eggs for my protein, and if I'm correct they are both low in carnosine.

Yep, I take my beta-alanine 3x a day as well. I'm careful with my dosage because of the little overdose I had on it. I take a 1/4 of a teaspoon. One on the morning, one with my Extend ,taurine, creatine pre-workout blend. And again around 6ish or before bed if i'm not home then.

Only fish and eggs huh, no chicken?

Today is chest and shoulders. I go light on chest because well unless the plastic surgeon fairy visits me I would like to keep what I have

trust me (and ask Christine), you want to make sure and use the tiny scoop instead of "eyeballing" and taking a chance of overdose.
