Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | I started using bulk Beta-Alanine about 2 weeks out from my contest, and it helped a lot. Really made it so I could crank out some dropsets without cramping up from all of the lactic acid. I was shocked at how small the scoop was for it gets lost in the tub. I take mine pre wokout by adding a 1/2 serving to my VasoXplode/Xtend (VasoXplode has Beta-alanine in it), then I take a full dose post workout with my creatine. I also Take a full dose before bed. One of the reasons I am using so much is that I only eat fish and eggs for my protein, and if I'm correct they are both low in carnosine.

| IronMass Sponsor | Yep, I take my beta-alanine 3x a day as well. I'm careful with my dosage because of the little overdose I had on it. I take a 1/4 of a teaspoon. One on the morning, one with my Extend ,taurine, creatine pre-workout blend. And again around 6ish or before bed if i'm not home then. Only fish and eggs huh, no chicken? Today is chest and shoulders. I go light on chest because well unless the plastic surgeon fairy visits me I would like to keep what I have ![]() |
