Ok Matt's back hurt today so we switched to abs, shoulders and chest. I did 20 min of cardio today and locked in my diet and supp schedule so its getting better. Thanks for the support. I can see the first 2 sections of my abs.

Sadly I have scoliosis and the lower curve is in the small of my back so if I carry even a llittle weight it pushes my stomach out. It makes ab workouts a little harder as well because I cant do floor exercises.. I stayed away from the scale because its kind of depressing right now.

Today was leg and back day. I upped my leg press to 190 so that felt good. Got a really good back workout all of my exercises were up. Did my 20 min on the Nautilis Treadclimber and burned 256 calories...yea

I made myself a supplement chart with times so that I could keep track of them all and did well with it yesterday. I'm starting to get used to the Beta Alinine burn.

Beta Alanine : never train without it.

I tracked days when I didn't take it before my workouts and can see the difference. I had much more stamina and better pumps when using it pre-workout.

What brand are you using? I have been using Biotest's and it's a bit pricey.

I'm on bulk Beta Alanine from Nutraplanet. Its not to bad on price. I was looking for a way to cut back on actual pills, getting kind of sick of taking so many. This way just dump a scoop in and wash it down.

I wish I could get my g/f to understand this. She is always telling me to be careful, don't do too much, be a sissy! I just say OK mom and go workout.

Thanks for the info on the beta alanine, I am going to check into the bulk.

well crader that makes two of us who need to work legs more. its a love/hate relationship for workin legs with me. once i get started i am fine...but god the dread of gettin started.

I'm so excited, I can see the upper half of my abs again and my jeans are getting loose. It has really pumped me up to hit the gym hard today. Gain so muscle...its all starting to pay off, slowly but surely.

Results are awesome. They definately help raise workout intensity. Remember, you're in a marathon, not a sprint. Slowly but surely you will get to where you want to go. No morethan 2 pounds a week to make sure you don't have all that loose skin that people get.

Well I'm kind of in a situation that makes it hard for me. My jeans range from a size 3 to 0 so I dont have alot to loose, but I want that 6 pack. My lower abs are really stubborn after having the kids. But I dont want to loose muscle either. I also dont need to loose it anywhere but my stomach. So I'm trying to figure out how to drop that without compromising the muscle and strength I want to gain.

You need to make sure that you use some sort of workout nutrition. I have been using Xtend/Substance WPI. It keeps your bedy from breaking down muscle for aminos while training on lower calories. I love Xtend it's BCAA's/Glutamine/Citrulline. It helps a lot with recovery. Substance has been discontinued, but you can use any WPI, or an EAA mixture.

This will definately help you retain muscle while shedding fat. I'm down 19 pounds, and have barely lost any size in my arms/chest/shoulders/calves. My legs have gone down, but they were carrying a lot of fat.

I love my watermelon Xtend. I just got a huge supply of lemon. I thought I would try it. I hear it goes great with Chocolate Substance which I have probably two of the last tubs in existence. I'm going to need to find a new protein.
