Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Just want to say Hello to everyone here on this board... I'm 34 yrs old and I have officially started working out correctly due in part to GamedayDog. Much respect to Game in leading me into the right way of working out and applying his knowledge and of course others who have helped me along the way. Over the next week or so I will posting what I am doing now since I am working with some people at Kre-Alkalyn on my workout routines. Just like Game I am also a Guinea Pig into taking supplements. At this time I am going to take CEE and White Blood but CEE maybe replaced by Blue Rhino next week. I dont respond to creatine so I rather try Blue. Here are my results from last night and once again thanks to all on this board LEGS, CALVES SQUAT - w - 125lbs 10 reps 1 Set, went all the way down till my butt was almost by the floor, I took Game's advice and did the exercise correctly. LEG EXT - w - 150lbs 2 Sets @ 10 reps each LEG CURL - w - 150lbs 2 Sets @ 10 reps each STANDING CALF RAISES - w - 200lbs 2 Sets @ 10 reps each SITTING CALF RAISES - w - 70lbs 2 Sets @ 10 reps each (reason why this weight was low because the gym does not have a sitting calf machine, I had to use dumbbells... maybe for the standing calf raises I can do the same for the sitting only I will squat all the way down but I don't want to hurt myself any other suggestions? Thanks |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | My man Chezzer... I'm glad you're gonna have a thread here... I'm curious what ideas the people from Kre-Alkalyn come up with.. Hopefully we can learn a lot from you & them... Controlled Labs has been putting out some great products... I'm considering running a White Blood & Blue Rhino stack as well.. but it'll be in the future as I believe I have a year supply of Tribulus & DHEA already... I haven't seen results, but I ordered a bunch of it and I'm stuck with it.. I may as well use it... Of course, nothing beats the results that come with a balanced diet... Take care buddy, you know I'll follow your progress every step of the way... Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Wow.. I'm shocked you got one as well.. but I had no doubts that you would love it... When I use myne with 11 pounds (5 kg's), I get veins racing all the way to my shoulders and my forearms are ready to explode as well... Meanwhyle, I styll applaud you for doing the best with what you got... but we gotta fynd you a gym... In the near future, your lack of equipment & weights are gonna seriously hinder your progress.. Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | That's a quality stack you got there... just remember it's Diet then Supplements.. or as we say around the forum.. Diet>Supplements Question.. why are the weights going down, if you're only doing 2 sets... seems lyke you want to go heavy as possible for both sets... Did ya trainer mention the reasoning behind that... ?? Otherwyse.. don't sweat enjoyin' yaself on labor day man... Everybody had fun, except me.. as they don't have a labor day in thys country.. ![]() Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | ^^^^^^^^^^ this is what the trainer said regarding the weights...it has to do with cycles slowly but gradually i am building the strength i can achieve i will try what he says for now and if it doesnt work out i can always jump onto another routine as long i am hitting those weights keeping a good diet and taking balco pills... :hyper2: |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Yep, most products nowadays will suggest you continue taking their products even on your off days.. If you not going to workout, then take it around the tyme you would normally workout... During your off days, your body is styll growing and repairing itself... All the supplements & nutrients you provide will get used by the body... Which remynds me, it's a good tyme to mention that if you're eating a certain amount of calories... continue to eat the same amount on your off day to help your body repair, recover & grow... Currently my only supplementation - food wise - is 50 grams of protein... On my off days, I get that from real foods - tuna, milk & boiled eggs... instead of using my protein powder up... Peace..~G
