I've trained DC and I know Sholiz and bubba g have as well (just listing their names with mine since they haven't posted in this forum lately). you dont need the DC diet to make great gains. but you do need to have an exceptional diet to get the most out of it. without a good diet there is no point in DC training.

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | Yeah, it may not be what Dante or I-H preaches, but that does not mean you will make bad gains. I haven't hired either of them or anyone else and I use high protein, moderate carbohydrates and a lot of healthy fats and haven't made fantastic gains with just what I read. |

| Soldier In Progress | I'm a DC'er, but, I change the routine around to suit me. The original is as a base template in my opinion, with what I've done it's gone for the better once I switched it up.
