Default Who has trained using DC?

I'm just curious, and it might be helpful for people to know who has trained using DC or who has at least heavily researched the technique.

I've trained DC and I know Sholiz and bubba g have as well (just listing their names with mine since they haven't posted in this forum lately).

EDIT: I just added a public poll to make things easier.

i have not yet taken on a full DC routine, although i incorporate some principles into my workout.....i have also researched it extensively and know id say 3/4 of what there is to know.

i voted other for incorporation of principles...

you dont need the DC diet to make great gains. but you do need to have an exceptional diet to get the most out of it. without a good diet there is no point in DC training.

Yeah, it may not be what Dante or I-H preaches, but that does not mean you will make bad gains. I haven't hired either of them or anyone else and I use high protein, moderate carbohydrates and a lot of healthy fats and haven't made fantastic gains with just what I read.

I'm a DC'er, but, I change the routine around to suit me. The original is as a base template in my opinion, with what I've done it's gone for the better once I switched it up.

I obviously can't confirm this since I haven't trained with Dante or the other certified DC trainers (still only 2 I believe), but I'm sure they customize the basic routine for their trainees. That's why IMO you should stick to what is posted in the stickies and then tweak it so that you get maximum results. From the gains you've seen over the past several months I'd say you've done a good job of that on your own.

Yup, diet is the #1 most important thing in DC training. He even says..."I use food as my main anabolic" in the original CFP pages. Skip is training me now, and it is the best money ever spent on anything to do with BBing since I started.

I seriously can not wait to try DC. I think I might try it after I get done with my Russian Bench program and the almighty Smolov. If I can get through Smolov I think I'll be able to handle DC.

I know that Spytech has done his fair share of DC-style training. I'm gonna try his HSHT during spring semester and see how it goes for me.
