on my third week of DC training and high protien/low carb diet..its working great for me..im seeing and feeling gains after being stuck at a plataeu for a while. this is just the high intensity training program i was looking for

i'm almost done with my second week and i'm already up two pounds. eating around maintenance, and my only supps are multi, antiox, and creatine.

i think it's just the shock from changing to a different training program. the same thing happened to me when i went from training 6 days a week to 4. also, my definition of eating around maintenance means that some days i eat just at maintenance and some days i may get a few hundred more.

just got back to full offseason mode and started DC training today, I do the traditional split, today was chest, tris, shoulders, backth, backwidth, ha shouldn't be to hard to beat the log book for a while cause im weak as a new born kitten...LOL may have to start a log in the DC dungeon, this place needs to get some more traffic and liven up a lil, too much time passes between post, so everyone training DC lets gets some logs going in this section and wake this place up!

DEATH TO THE LOG BOOK! GET BIG OR DIE TRYING!
