Where can I find the Dogg Logg?

I heard it is a really good premade log for DC and you only have to fill the names of stuff in.

Oh...just make your own on Excel. It'll take you 20 minutes. Make sure to read the DC approved exercises and rep ranges.

FYI

the Dogg-Logg is not a post written by dante, nor is it a source of information by any means. it is simply something that a member of IntenseMuscle.com posted. that member was not a trainee of dante's, so there is no information in there of any value if you know anything about DC. It was simply posted to show how that person set up a log in excel, and how good it looked....nothing more than that......

also: it has been removed from forums, and (as far as i know) all links to it have been broken. there are select few people who have it saved, but most are not willing to post it.

Why is DC so secret. If its because Dante wants people to pay for him training then that doesnt really make sense. At this moment if he sold a book or even a dozen pages explaining DC for 30 bucks, he would make more than he would ever make training people privately. He would make some serious cash.

He helped people for so long, then people didn't do the program right and bastardized DC and get him pissed off. One reason it's so secret. And it's not because he wants to make money training people, that is not at all the reason.

Maybe if he gave out more info then people would do it right. Its hard to set up a good diet and routine with the scarce information available. The only ones who give you an honest answer on IM are the ones not being trained by Dante and this advice is not always correct. If someone does Max-OT wrong they only have themselves to blame as every aspect of training and nutrition is covered and its their own faults if they don't read it thoroughly. With DC its different. You ask a question, get a half as response from someone who probably knows less about DC than you, which leads to bastardizing DC.

I have and know a lot of the info on the diet. I am not talking about my case specifically. I have TONS of info on DC and have read it all many times. I am talking about the people who don't know about the stickies that were once on IM. Not everyone has access to the stickies, or are too lazy to search. These people bastardize the program. If there was a solid explain-it-all guide to DC that was available it would help everyone.
