Default Whats The DC Way to Abdominal Gain

HI hope ther is so DC experts that cane tell me, the DC way of Abdominal Training.

1. What: exercises is "dc aproved"
2. How: do the princips of hi intenseti low wolume aplye with abdominal training.
3. When: is abdominal training on of days ore befor ore after normal training.

Your not going to find a clear cut answer on this. Some do it after a workout while others do it on off days. Personally I do it 2 times a week on off days after my morning cardio. One of the days I do cable crunches rp for 15-20 reps and the other day I do leg lifts and just do one ss for that. Both exercises I try to beat my previous best like anything else. Just make sure you get some type of crunch and some type of hip flexor movement in there.

hanging leg raises, weighted situps on a decline bench, and cable crunches are mainly what i use. there is no definitive answer for this tho
