Default Tricep Stretch Problems

When I do these, I feel them in my elbows and not in my tri's, anyone know whats up?

are you sure your doing them correctly? leaning up against a seat back (I use a preacher curl station personally, sit backwards on it) and letting it hand and even just pull the elbow towards the back of your head more.

if not i dont know then.

try putting your arms up higher. (point your elbow towards the ceiling) don't try curling your arm too hard.. just do it to where it is comfortable... don't push it too much if it is causing you elbow pain...

also try to keep your wrists in good form. is strains the fore arm and elbows as well. i had the same problem, and now its no more.

I like to just grap onto the side of the powerrack with one arm and pull my body back, it sorta tractions my shoulder and stretches my tricep.
