| Fast guy in training | After reading over muscle milk it gives 3 different time periods to take it to get different results. Now if we were to use it just once a day and use another protein powder for the other shakes what do you think would be the best time to use muscle milk; before workout, post workout or before bed? |

Muscle Milk is perfectly fine, but don't use it postworkout. It's got alot of casein in it...you want whey postworkout. It's good for mid-day MRP, or before bed. I've seen 2 big guys who use DC: a guy on this forum, and dante who's pics are posted everywhere. I'm going to take the safe assumption that gear *might* have had *something* to do with Dante's size. It's not magic or anything, obviously, but it's not like he got that big from DC alone. There's many different ways to kill a rabbit. | |
