Default Here's My DC Questions

Ok, i'm staring a DC routine and I need help with some questions....

1) Extreme stretching....do you do it on off days?

2) The squats....is that a widowmaker (your 10rm for 20 reps) or is it just your 20rm?

3) How much time do you rest in between exercises?

Thanks a lot guys.

1) I only think you stretch after you work out a certain body part

2) Not sure

3) I think its 2-3 mins after stretch

1. I only do mine on my workout days, after the exercise. From what I understand you can do it before the exercise as well, but I like it afterwards.
2. 20 reps to failure.
3. Rest as long as you would like to be sure you complete the next set/exercise at your strongest.

1. Extreme stretches are not done on off days.
These are done after the relevant body part is exercised to stretch the fascia which also aids recovery.

2. Use your 12 rep max for the 20+rep widowmaker. If you can get more than 20 - keep on going

3. Rest enough so that you are ready to give your next exercise as much as possible.
