Man, I don't know about that kid. He seariously needs to change his attitude. He says he's doing one thing, then does another. Do something like WSFSB for a few months and set-up a simple diet. Nothing needs to be perfect, and nothing will be perfect. You know what you need to do, and you should do instead of posting on forums when you should be lifting, stop making excuses, and start reading more. You don't even have a solid base right now to start with, how do you know what you respond to when you don't train?

That's why he's not having success.

I suggest 60min. of morning cardio 6x a week (mon-sat), and a full body workout 3 times a week followed by an hour of cardio.

Diet - High protein, low carb, low fat.

Try DC when you get your arms to a ripped 18 inches @ 230lbs and nothing else works.

And lose the attitude.

IMO, unless you have very significant endo qualities, semi-dirty bulks clear of alcohol, sugar and excesssive fat are the way to go as a teenager. T levels are their highest, and there is ALWAYS time to lean up. Maturing into adulthood with large amounts of lean mass, regardless of BF (as long as it is reasonable), is very beneficial.

Don't forget your multi

Do you know a better way of burning all that disgusting fat off your body? If so, I'd like to hear it.

Now your making him look to be obese. The kid is fine as it is, all he needs to do is build muscle. He doesn't need to be ripped. Don't be so quick to think he's a big fat ass.

Carb cutoffs, green tea, seperate carbs and fats, early morning cardio on off days like 2x a week, 30-45 minute sessions. Pretty easy actually I don't need to get contest ripped.

Here is a simple routine its a full body split if done correctly you should be able to hit this three times a week. Usually spaced out with enough days of rest. All I recommend is two full days of rest between full bodys. For back I would probably stick with assisted chins, instead of bent-over rows.

Overhead Dumbbell or Barbell Press: 2 sets of 8 to 10 reps
Squats: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
Barbell or Dumbbell Flat Bench Press: 3 sets of 8 reps
Chins or Bent Over Barbell Rows: 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps
Dips or Close Grip Bench Press: 1 to 2 sets of 8 reps
Barbell or Dumbbell Curls: 1 to 2 sets of 8 reps
Standing or Donkey Calf Raises: 2 to 3 sets of 12 to 20 reps

You should do a couple lighter warm up sets prior to your work sets. All work sets should be worked very hard. In other words, the very last rep should be the last one you are capable of doing. Increase the weight used in small increments as often as possible.

On your off days, hit up morning cardio.

Do this for a while, you will progress nicely

Then come back for DC

2R4U, just do something and keep doing it until it stops working, you're not obese dont cut just eat clean and lift heavy. Any progressive routine will work with consistency and enough food.

2Ripped4U you need to drop the attitude. These people came here trying to give you advice becuase they wanted to help you. If you didn't want to hear what people had to say then you shouldn't have posted. No one was disrespecting you, so there was absolutely no need for any of that. If you think that you can handle DC and that it will work for you then go do it, no one is stopping you. But to say that you know what works for you and your body after barely over a year of training is blatantly ignorant.

bump to this

I've only been training for 2 seasons, and I have had (what I consider) awsome gains. I STILL feel uncomfortable with what I'm doing, and am always changing small things around to see results. Keep on keeping on, and even use DC! You just may not get all the support from the guys at this forum.

For someone who knows so much, it sure doesn't show. Why are you even asking for advice, allmighty one? You should be teaching us!
