Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | I've been doing Dc for a while and the only thing I'm having problems with is the rest/pauses on DB benching. I'm so exhausted after the initial part of the set, it's almost impossible to heave the weights back into position.... anyone else know what I mean?
