Hi I have a question regarding Warm up.
i always do 10-15 min on a cyckel/row mashine, but I read somwher that 3-5 min cardio is top befor a heavy workout, and that it is far better to use warme up sets

it is far better to use warmup sets rather than cardio as your warmups.

I've been doing Dc for a while and the only thing I'm having problems with is the rest/pauses on DB benching. I'm so exhausted after the initial part of the set, it's almost impossible to heave the weights back into position....

anyone else know what I mean?

Now I have wanted to do DC Training for a while and I been doin alot of reading up on it but I still have some question mabey someone can help me

1) You only do one excrise per bodypart each workout day?

2) Say an excrise say (2 set of 15 reps of 225) what the difference between straight sets(ss) and rest/paused?

3)After you work each body part you do stretchs in the sticky but whast static and is that needed?
