Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Day 4 Today I had to change thing up a little, because I hit my head on a hook in the restroom at work and had to go to ER, so I took it easy today, I still have that knot on my head Chest: Decline Barbell 225 9+4+4 Shoulder: Shoulder Rises 30 8+9+9 Tri: Dips BW 17+8+4 BW: Pull up BW 6+6+3 BT: Didn't do feel as if it might be to heavy Lucky I don't hit the weight until next monday so I should be better then Supp timing just so you shoud know Hyperdrol: 6am 12pm 6pm 12am Mass Fx Pre workout post workout, and later on right after bed |
