Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Day 4 Today I had to change thing up a little, because I hit my head on a hook in the restroom at work and had to go to ER, so I took it easy today, I still have that knot on my head Chest: Decline Barbell 225 9+4+4 Shoulder: Shoulder Rises 30 8+9+9 Tri: Dips BW 17+8+4 BW: Pull up BW 6+6+3 BT: Didn't do feel as if it might be to heavy Lucky I don't hit the weight until next monday so I should be better then Supp timing just so you shoud know Hyperdrol: 6am 12pm 6pm 12am Mass Fx Pre workout post workout, and later on right after bed |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 125 | a bit bulked up you got a fikeload of muscle underneath there though.Have you ever cut down to single digit bodyfat? You should consider doing the IMPC this year (an online bodybuilding competition held on this site every year). It runs from June to November this year... think about it. Everybody is pretty motivating to each other and the personal gratification and reward is wonderful. |

You can enter the most improved physique as well, so if you don't reach competition bodyfat, you can still place well in the MIP if you work your butt off for the 5 months. Consider it man... I think you'd do well, and if you've never been at that bodyfat %, it'll be a great personal milestone and confidence booster. | |
