| Soldier In Progress | Chest day I kept to my incline bench and did my flye stretches on incline. Does it matter if I do flat bench (none were open at the time, so I stayed on incline) or do I have to do them on flat? I felt it either way, good stretch none the less.

| Soldier In Progress | Alright, thanks IH. As Khan said, I'll eventually be getting high ... might have to switch to flat then. Until then, I guess I incline/flat -- whatever is open.
